Order No. 141/N of 2010 of Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs on Rules for Assessment of Socio-Economic Conditions of Socially Vulnerable Families

This Order provides for the rules for assessment of socio-economic conditions of socially vulnerable families. It consist of nine chapters: General provisions (I); Identification of families and determining the socio-economic data (II); Rules for filling out the family declaration (III); Rules for filling out the protocol for suspension of determination of the socio-economic conditions (IV); Calculation of the family ranking score (V); Accuracy control of family declarations (VI); Rules for filling out the form of family referral (VII); Gathering information about child(ren)/methodology for inventorying the information and rules for filling out child(ren) declarations (VIII); and Transitional provisions (IX). The Order also contains Annex No. 2 – Family Declaration form; Annex No. 3 – Form for the protocol for suspension of determination of the socio-economic conditions of a family; Annex No. 4 – Referral form for family member(s); Annex 5 – Form for a child(ren) declaration living in a family (0-18 years); and Annex 6 – Data and ranking scores that need to be entered into child(ren) declarations.
