Order No. 16 of 2020 of Director of Maritime Transport Agency on Safety Rules and Technical Standards for Yachts

This Order lays down safety rules and technical standards for yachts. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (I); Common requirements imposed on yachts shorter than 24 meters and ones that are longer than 24 meters in length (II); Special requirements imposed on yachts imposed on yachts shorter than 24 meters in length (III); Special requirements imposed on yachts that are longer than 24 meters in length (IV). Among others, the Order also provides for requirements against marine pollution from sewerage and hazardous pollution.
