Order No 2-152 of 2007 of Minister of Agriculture of Georgia on Additional Requirements for Registration of Pesticides and Agro-chemicals in Georgia that are already Registered in EU/OECD

The Order provides additional requirements for registration of those pesticides and agro-chemicals that are already registered in EU or OECD countries. According to the document, Georgia registers such pesticides and agro-chemicals without an assessment, simply based on the analysis of the documents of registration. Specifically, some of the required documents include documents proving that the substances are included in the annex of 91/414 ECC Directive or in the list approved by the Environmental Protection Agency of the United States.
