Order No 2-16 of 2016 of Minister of Agriculture of Georgia on Maintaining Registry of Members of Agricultural Cooperatives

The Order regulates maintaining the registry of members of cooperatives that have the status of an agriculture cooperative. It consists of seven articles: General provision (1); Member registry (2); Rules for maintaining the registry (3); Information that need to be included in the registry (4); Authorized person for maintaining the registry (5); Accessibility of the information (6); and Amendments to the information in the registry (7). The Order also approves the list of information and form of the registry entries. The status of an agricultural cooperative affords cooperatives various state benefits and programs.
