Abstract
This Order, among others, approves the 2014 State Program for Food Safety Control by National Food Agency of Georgia. It consists of 13 articles: Introduction (1); Program objectives (2); Bases of the Program (3); Authority to implement the program (4); Criteria to determine the risk of business operators (5); Planned number of inspections for 2014 (6); Unplanned inspections (7); Sampling and document check during a planned and unplanned inspection (8); Monitoring (9); Document check (10); Confidentiality (11); Expected results (12); and Accounting (13). The Order also includes Annex 1 – Risk level criteria of food producing enterprises; and Annex 2 – State control of food safety.
