Order No 2 of 2016 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia on Rules for Inspection of Nuclear and Radiation Activities

The Order regulates state inspections of nuclear and radiation activities. It consists of 13 articles: Scope of regulation (1); Legislation in the area of nuclear and radiation activities (2); Definition of terms (3); Goals and objectives of inspection (4); Types of inspection (5); Scheduled inspection (6); Unannounced inspection (7); Inspection of facility (8); Individual administrative act on inspection results (9); Conducting inspection (10); Inspection act and administrative misdemeanor act (11); Duties and rights of the director of nuclear and radiation facility (12); and Coercive measures (13). The purpose of the Order is to regulate inspections of authorized nuclear and radiation facilities for their safety and to identify unauthorized nuclear and radiation practices.
