Order No. 2-22 of 2018 of Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia on 2018 State Program for Phytosanitary Control by National Food Agency of Georgia

This Order, among others, approves the State Program of “Plant the Future”. It consists of seven articles: Introduction (I); Program bases (II); Purposes of the program (III); Authority to implement the program (IV); Control and monitoring of extremely hazardous and quarantine harmful organisms (V); Control of pesticides and agrochemicals (VI); State control of processing, production, modification and labeling of wood packaging materials (VII); and Expected results (VIII). The Order also includes Annex 3.1 – Laboratory research of samples.
