Order No 2-41 of 2014 of Minister of Agriculture of Georgia on Examining and Identifying Required Information for Registration of Designation of Origin for Food (except for Wine, Wine Brandy, Natural Mineral and Source Water) and the Control thereof

The Order regulates registration of designation of origin and geographic indications for foodstuffs (except for wine, wine brandy, natural mineral water and source water). It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Examination of information for the registration (2); Information that needs to be verified for the registration (3); Verification of the information for the registration (4); Application for the registration (5); and Report for the registration (6). The Order also approves a form of the report for registration of designation of origin and geographic indications for foodstuffs.
