Order No. 2-530 of 2020 of Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia on Enforcement Slip Form for Enforcing Payment of Water Use Fee

This Order approves the enforcement slip form for enforcing the payment of a water use fee. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Enforcement slip (2); Rules for issuing an enforcement slip (3); Person authorized to sign an enforcement slip (4); and Requisites of an enforcement slip (5). The Order also approves the form of the slip as its Annex No. 2.
