This Order creates the Commission Determining the Status of Forests. It consists of eight articles: General provisions (1); Functions of the Commission (2); Procedure of the Commission (3); Commission report (4); Documents to be submitted for granting a forest status to lands owned by municipalities (5); Documents to be submitted for granting a private forest status to lands owned by individuals (6); Documents to be submitted for granting a municipal forest status (7); and Composition of the Commission (8).
