Order No. 2-742 of 2018 of Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia on Charter of Environmental Information and Education Centre

This Order adopts the charter of the Environmental Information and Education Centre of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia. The scope of work of the Centre is to support sustainable development and actualization of its environmental component through education and full access to information. The Centre bases its activities on the UNECE Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-Making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters. The charter consists of 10 articles: General provisions (1); Scope of work and purpose of the Centre (2); Property and activities of the Centre which require authorization (3); Financing of the Centre (4); Accounting (5); Management and representation of the Centre (6); Structure of the Centre (7); Structure of the Centre (8); Competences and management of the structural units of the Centre (9); and Liquidation of the Centre (10).
