Order No. 2-79 of 2019 of Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia on Rules for Certification of Grafting Materials and Planting Materials of Vine

This Order approves the rules for certification of grafting materials and planting materials of vine. It consists of eleven articles: Scope of regulation (1); Certification of materials (2); General provisions (3); Definitions (4); Procedure for certification of materials (5); Presenting an application for certification (6); Requirements imposed on materials (7); Inspection (8); Sampling and laboratory assessment (9); Issuing a certificate (10); and Validity of the certificate (11). The Resolution also approves Annex No. 1 – Quality Certificate.
