This Order approves the composition of the Commission and its procedure to discuss measures for remedying significant damage to environment, as well as rules for participating civil experts in planning measures for remedying significant damage to environment and alternative/adequate measures for remedying significant damage. It consists of seven articles: Scope of regulation (1); Functions and composition of the Commission (2); Composition of the Commission (3); Civil expert (4); Compensation for the civil expert (5); Authority of the Commission members (6); and Commission report (7).
