Order No. 2 of Chairperson of National Agency of Mineral Resources on Accounting Rules for Regulation Fees for Use of Subsoil Resources

This Order approves the accounting rules for the regulation fees for the use of subsoil resources. It consists of the following annexes: Annex No. 1 – Accounting form for the regulatory fee for the use of subsoil resources (other than water resources); Annex No. 2 - Accounting form for the regulatory fee for the use of water resources; and Annex No. 3 – Instructions for filling out the accounting form for the regulatory fee for the use of subsoil resources.
