Order No. 2-S of 1999 of Chairman of State Department of Tourism and Resorts of Georgia on Voluntary Licensing of Tourism and Resort Activities in Georgia

This Order regulates voluntary licensing of tourism and resort activities in Georgia. It consists of five articles: General provisions (I); Subject of licensing (II); Rules for issuing licenses (III); License fee (IV); and Final provisions (V). The Order also adopts the charter for the Commission Issuing Licenses for Tourism and Resort Activities.
