Order No 201 of 2015 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia on Rules for Completing Environmental Audit Report and Making Determination on Extension of Ongoing Activities

The Order regulates environmental audits. It consists of 10 articles: Scope of regulation (1); Basis of environmental audit report (2); Content of the environmental audit report (3); Information included in the report (4); Continuation of ongoing activities (5); Audit for continuation of ongoing activities (6); Functions of the audit commission (7); Rights and duties of the expert (8); Authority of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia (9); and Stages of making decision on continuation of ongoing activities (10). The environmental audit must be conducted under the Law of Georgia on Environmental Impact Assessment.
