Order No. 225/N of 2006 of Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs on Rules for Granting and Issuing Targeted Social Assistance

This Order approves the rules for granting and issuing targeted social assistance. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (I); Rights and duties of beneficiary families of subsistence assistance and the Agency of Social Services (II); and Granting, Issuing, Suspending and Renewing subsistence assistance (III); and Final provisions (IV). The purpose of this Order is to regulate the issues relating the administration of services for granting-issuing the targeted social assistance to families suffering the most extreme forms of poverty.
