Abstract
This Order provides the sanitary requirements for organizing, equipping and servicing certain enterprises of food industry. It consists of seven annexes: Sanitary Rules for Dairy Product Enterprises (Annex No. 1); Sanitary Rules on Wine Production for Winery Enterprises (Annex No. 2); Sanitary Rules for Potable and Mineral Water Manufacturing and Bottling Enterprises (Annex No. 3); Instruction for Discovering Colibacillus (Annex No. 4); Sanitary Rules for Meat Processing Enterprises (Annex No. 5); Sanitary Rules for Ice Cream Enterprises (Annex No. 6); and Sanitary Rules for Non-alcoholic and Fruity Beverages (Annex No. 7).
