Order No 305/N of 2003 of Minister of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia on Sanitary Rules for Production and Sale of Fish Products

The Order regulates production and sale of fish products. It consists of three chapters: Scope of application and general provisions (I); General requirements imposed on enterprises processing fish products (II); and State sanitary control of fish production and sale (III). The Order applies to all types of enterprises and facilities engaged in the business, including ships, coastal and small-sized enterprises. The Order provides detailed sanitary rules for ensuring safety of products and public health.
