Order No 308/N of 2002 of Minister of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia on Restricting Rights of Water User in Exceptional Cases

The Order regulates the manner an access to water can be restricted in emergencies. It consists of seven chapters: Scope of application (I); Main terms and definitions (II); General provisions (III); Hygienic assessment of water in emergency cases (IV); Hygienic assessment of potable water in emergency cases (V); Requirements imposed on protection of centralized water supply system in emergency cases (VI); and Water quality control and water use restrictions in centralized water supply systems (VII). The purpose of the Order is to regulate water use in emergencies, and to protect human life and health.
