Order No. 36 of 2014 of Minister of Justice of Georgia on Rules for Maintaining Registry of Municipalities

This Order approves the rules for maintaining registry of municipalities. It consists of ten articles: General provision (1); Registry of municipalities (2); Information about municipalities (3); Authorized agency for maintaining the registry of municipalities (4); Procedure of submitting an application and documents to include information in the registry of municipalities (5); Scope of authority of the agency maintaining the registry of municipalities (6); Deadline for inclusion of information in the registry of municipalities (7); Access to information (8); Updates to the data stored in the registry of municipalities (9); and Transitional provisions (10). The Order also approves Annex No. 1 – Form for the Municipality Registry.
