Abstract
The Order regulates certain aspects of nuclear non-proliferation. It implements nuclear non-proliferation agreement between Georgia and International Atomic Energy Agency. It consists of 13 articles: General provisions (1); Scope of regulation (2); Purpose and objective (3); Definition of terms (4); National system of taking inventory of nuclear materials (5); Regulation and control of implementation of the agreement (6); Obligations of individuals and legal entities in possession of nuclear materials (7); Material balance areas and places for conducting assessments (8); Physically taking inventory (9); Import, export, transferring-acceptance and return to the manufacturer of nuclear materials (10); Transportation and physical safety of nuclear materials (11); State registry of nuclear materials and obligations associated with their production (12); and Access to information and ensuring safety (13). The Resolution also approves various inventory and registry forms. The objective of the Order is to create a national inventory system of nuclear materials.
