Order No. 3/N of 2017 of the Chair of National Environment Agency of Georgia on Accounting Fees Paid for Use of Natural Resources

The Order adopts rules for accounting fees for the use of natural resources. It consists of five articles: Purpose and scope of application (1); Accounting form (2); Deadlines for submitting the account reports (3); Procedure for submitting the account reports (4) and Amendments to these Rules (5). The Order also sets out account report forms and the instruction for filling them out. The purpose of the Order is to regulate the accounting forms for the payers of natural resources fee.
