Order No. 5 of 2018 of Chairman of National Agency of Mineral Resources of Georgia on Rules for Accounting Regulatory Fee for Use of Minerals

This Order adopts the rules for accounting the regulatory fee for use of minerals. The Order consists of four articles and three annexes: Purpose and scope of application (1); Accounting methods (2); Dates for delivery of accounts (3) Amendments to this Order (5); Accounting form for regulatory fee set for the use of minerals (except for water) (Annex No. 1); Accounting form for regulatory fee set for the use of water resources (Annex No. 2); Instructions for filling out the accounting form for regulatory fee set for the use of minerals (except for water) and instructions for filling out the accounting form for regulatory fee set for the use of water resources (Annex No. 3).
