Order No. 63 of 2004 of State Department of Statistics on Instruction for Filling out and Submitting Statistics Forms for State Accounting of Use of Water

This Order adopts the instruction for filling out and submitting statistics forms for state accounting of use of water. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Specifics of accounting of certain types of use water (2); Filling out the address section (3); Filling out the Table 1 (4); Filling out the Table 2 (5); Filling out the Table 3 (6); and Filling out the certificate (7). The instruction applies to water uses such as discharging water in groundwater, surface water, sewage, flood water collectors, filter facilities, evaporators, and irrigation fields.
