Order No 66 of 2002 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia on Rules for Maintaining State Inventory and State Cadaster of Animals, Rules for Determining the List of Animals that Need to be Included in State Inventory and State Cadaster of Animals, and Rules for Presenting Information to Make these Inclusions

The Order regulates taking inventory of wild animals. It consists of 12 articles: Legislative basis (1); Legislative system on taking inventory of wild animals (2); Purpose and objectives (3); Definition of main terms (4); Authority of state agencies of Georgia for taking the inventory (5); State cadaster and source of financing (6); Duties and rights of users of wildlife objects (7); Rules for taking inventory (monitoring) (8); Methodology for taking inventory (monitoring) (9); Maintaining state cadaster of wildlife (10); Liability (11) and Amendments and addition to the Order (12). The purpose of the Order is to organize use of wildlife in the country.
