The Order regulates creating hunting industries in Georgia. It consists of nine articles: Legislative basis (1); Scope of regulation (2); Legislative system for creating hunting industries (3); Purpose and objectives (4); Rights of creating hunting industries (5); Obligations of the owners of hunting industries (6); Authority of state agencies (7); Hunting industry (8); and Liability (9). The objectives of the Order include protection of wildlife resources; conserve their diversity; retain optimal number of each species; and undertake scientifically sound measures for development of the industry.
