Abstract
This Order adopts the charter that regulates classification of hazardous chemical substances. It consists of nine articles: Scope of application and general provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Classification of hazardous chemical substances (3); Classification of hazardous chemical substances based on their physical-chemical properties (4); Classification of hazardous chemical substances based on their toxicological properties (5); Classification of hazardous chemical substances based on their impact on human health (6); Classification of hazardous chemical substances based on their impact on the environment (7); Classification of hazardous chemical substances based on their impact on permitted limits of concentrations and severe toxic parameters in working zones (8); and Classification of industrial chemical substances (9).
