Abstract
This Order regulates the information sheet on hazardous chemical substances. The information sheet is used for the state registry of hazardous chemical substances. The sheet contains the data on the scope of use of chemical substances, rules for safe handling, and the volumes of their production. The Order further adopts the template of the sheet.
