Order No 95 of 2013 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia on Charter Rules for Capturing Objects of Animal World, their Categories, Timelines and Permitted Weapons and Equipment for Capturing them

The Order regulates animal capture rules in Georgia. It consists of seven articles: Scope of regulation (1); Definition of terms (2); Hunting rules (3); Prohibited weapons (4); Violation of hunting rules (5); Liability (6); and Amendments and additions to the Order (7). The Order also approves the list of migratory birds authorized for hunting, hunting seasons and daily limits, and hunting areas.
