Ordinance No. 2738 of 2016 of Georgian Government on Creating and Approving Charter of Commission for Development of General Plan of Anaklia Deep Sea Port

This Ordinance creates the Commission for Development of General Plan of Anaklia Deep Sea Port and approves the charter for it. The charter consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Main objectives of the Commission (2); Authority of the Commission (3); Chairperson of the Commission (4); and Rules for holding Commission meetings (5). The Commission is created to approve the general plan for the planned Anaklia Deep Sea Port on the Black Sea coast of Georgia. The plan covers the areas such as zoning, term, building road and railway infrastructure.
