Resolution No. 1 of 2017 of Government of Adjara on Charter of Ministry of Agriculture of Adjara

This Resolution adopts the charter for the Ministry of Agriculture of Adjara. It consists of 17 articles: General provisions (1); Scope of authority and objectives of the Ministry (2); Competences of the Ministry (3); Management of the Ministry (4); System within the Ministry (5); Structural units of the Ministry (6); Administrative Department (7); Agricultural Development Department (8); Department of Policy and Analytics (9); Program Management Department (9(1)); Internal Audit Department (12); Legal Department (13); Accounting Department (14); Budget Planning and Analysis Department (15); Deliberative bodies of the Ministry (16); Reorganization and liquidation of the Ministry (17); and Rules for making amendments and additions (18). The authority of the Ministry covers the areas of environmental protection, food, agricultural processing, soil fertility, plants, livestock, fisheries, agricultural engineering and veterinary protection.
