Resolution No. 107 of 2008 of Georgian Government on State Program “Renewable Energy 2008” – Rules for Ensuring Construction of New Sources of Renewable Energy

This Resolution approves the rules for ensuring construction of new sources of renewable energy within the State Program “Renewable Energy 2008”. It provides for the terms that need to be met for construction, operating and owning hydropower plants, including the mandatory domestic sale of power by hydropower plants, the guaranty that needs to be presented for a hydropower plant construction and other procedural issues.
