Resolution No. 115 of 2022 of Georgian Government on Compensation Rules for Special Purpose Cutting in Windbreak (Field Protection) Strips

This Resolution provides for the compensation rules for special purpose cutting in windbreak (field protection) strips. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Terms (2); Grounds for special purpose cutting in windbreak strips (3); Granting the right for special purpose cutting in windbreak strips (4); Timber from special purpose cutting in windbreak strips (5); and Amount and payment terms of the compensation for special purpose cutting in windbreak strips (6).
