Resolution No. 121 of 2022 of Georgian Government on Rules for Monitoring, Documentation Check and Sampling for Production and Processing of Alcoholic Beverages, Agricultural Ethyl Spirits and Agricultural Distillate

This Resolution provides for the rules for the monitoring, documentation check and sampling for the production and processing of alcoholic beverages, agricultural ethyl spirits and agricultural distillate. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Terms (2); Monitoring, documentary check and sampling objects (3); Rules for granting the authority and undertaking the monitoring, documentary check and sampling objects (4); Obligation of the business operator (5); and Results of the monitoring, documentary check and sampling objects (6).
