Abstract
The Resolution regulates pricing of transfer in use of land of protected areas. It consists of 12 articles: General provisions (1); Calculating the price for the transfer of land in use (2); Regulation of placing telecommunications structure (2-1); Holding an auction (3); Composition of a commission and its activities (4); Terms for participating in a public auction (5); Rules for holding a public auction (6); Terms for participating in an electronic auction (7); Rules for holding an electronic auction (8); Rules for formalizing transactions (9); Obligations of a user of the land (10); and Invalidation of transactions (11). The decision on transferring land in use is made by the Agency of Protected Areas of Georgia together with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.
