Resolution No. 14 of 2016 of Government of Adjara on Rules for Mixed Governmental Commission on Relief Efforts for Natural Disasters and Rules for Differentiation, Assistance Criteria and Damage Control of Survivor Households within Boundaries of Adjara

This Resolution adopts the rules for the Mixed Governmental Commission on Relief Efforts for Natural Disasters (Annex 1) and the rules for differentiation, assistance criteria and damage control of survivor households within boundaries of Adjara (Annex 2). The Annex 1 consists of 16 articles, and the Annex 2 consists of 12 articles: General provisions (1); Differentiation of disaster survivor households (2); Definition of terms (3); Local commission (4); Mayor’s office (5); Authority of the Department (6); Authority of the Ministry (7); Authority of the Commission (8); Active assistance (9); Granting residential spaces in the social house (10); Management and coordination (11); and Amendments and additions to these rules (12). The Resolution also adopts the chart for social assessment of a disaster survivor household (Annex 3).
