Abstract
This Resolution approves the rules for restoring, creating, maintaining, protecting, and supervising windbreak strips. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (I); Restoring and creating a windbreak strip (II); Rules for maintaining a windbreak strip (III); and Rules for protecting a windbreak strip (IV).
