This Resolution approves the rules for organic (biological, ecological) production and the labelling of organic (biological, ecological) products. It consists of 17 chapters: General provisions, objectives, scope of application, Definitions (I); Organic production principles (II); Rules for organic production (III); Rules and requirements for organic plant production (IV); Rules and requirements for organic animal production (V); Rules for the production of water plants and aquaculture (VI); Rules for the production of processed foods (VII); Rules for the production of processed feed (VIII); Organic wine production (IX); Yeast used as food or feed (X); Exceptions (XI); Collection, Packaging, transportation and storage (XII); Other rules related to organic production (XIII); Labelling (XIV); Certification (XV); State control and activities related to state control (XVI); and Export-import of organic products (XVII).
