Resolution No. 15 of 2004 of Georgian Government on Measures to Promote Better Organization of Land Use and Construction Works on Black Sea Coast of Georgia

This Resolution provides for the measures to promote better organization of land use and construction works on the Black Sea coast of Georgia. The Resolution directs the local governments to study the extent of statutory violations in land-use and construction on the coastline; directs the national government to draft a law on spatial planning and urban development principles, and a draft law on planning and management of the Black Sea coast (10 sections).
