Resolution No. 150 of 2014 of Georgian Government on Action Plan against Illegal Circulation of Nuclear and Radioactive Substances

The Resolution regulates illegal circulation of radioactive and nuclear substances in Georgia. It consists of seven articles: Scope of regulation (1); Legislative basis (2); Purpose and goal (3); Definition of terms (4); Responsible agencies (5); Response procedure after stopping the circulation of radioactive and radioactive substances (6); and Examination act of physical evidence (7). The purpose of the Resolution is to ensure coordination among state agencies in the area of radiation safety.
