Abstract
The Resolution provides for requirements imposed for milk, dairy products and products containing milk. The Regulation consists of 11 articles: General provisions (1); Purpose and scope of application (2); Regulated objects (3); Definition of terms (4); Terms of placement on market of milk, dairy products and products containing milk (5); Requirements imposed on the regulated objects (6); Specific requirements for raw milk (7); Hygiene requirements imposed on business operators (8); Identification of milk and dairy products (9); Compliance control (10); and Transitional provisions (11). The purpose of the document is to regulate production and placement on the market by business operators of milk, dairy products and products containing milk. Its main provisions cover the areas of product standards, labeling; identification of the products; hygiene requirements; and compliance control procedures.
