Resolution No. 154 of 2012 of Georgian Government on Entering into Agreement and its Terms in Area of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources

The Resolution regulates the agreements in the area of environmental protection that the state and a private party may enter into concerning the legality of the party’s past actions. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Terms of the agreement (2); Presenting the application on entering into the agreement (3); Making a decision about the agreement (4); and Entering into the agreement and cancellation (5). The agreement allows the state to absolve the illegalities of private parties in exchange of a compensation.
