Resolution No. 17 of 2011 of Adjara Government on Reorganizing Rescue Service in Water and Creating Rescue Service, and Natural Disaster Forecasting and Management Center

This Order adopts the charter (bylaws) of the Rescue Service of Adjara and of the Natural Disaster Forecasting and Management Center. Both the charter for the Rescue Service of Adjara and of the Natural Disaster Forecasting and Management Center consist of 11 articles: General provisions (1); Service goals, objectives and function (2); Management of the Service (3); Authority of the chairman of the Service (4); State control of the Service (5); Service activities that require consent (6); Property of the Service (7); Finances of the Service (8); Accounting within the Service (9); Reorganization and liquidation of the Service (10); and Making amendments and additions to the charter (11).
