This Resolution approves the charter for determining the initial auction price and auctioning for providing a tourism service on the territory of protected areas and transferring property into use for providing this tourism service as determined by the Civil Code of Georgia. It consists of eight articles: General provisions (1); Rules for determining the price when transferring a tourism service (2); Organization of an auction (3); Terms for participating in an auction (4); Rules for holding an auction (5); Rules for entering into an agreement (6); Responsibility receiving a tourism service (7); and Invalidity of an agreement (8).
