Resolution No. 174 of 2023 of Georgian Government on Rules for Use of Lactic Acid to Reduce Microbiological Surface Contamination of Bovine Carcases or Half Carcases or Quarters

This Resolution approves the rules for use of lactic acid to reduce microbiological surface contamination of bovine carcases or half carcases or quarters. It consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Conditions of use of lactic acid to reduce microbiological surface contamination of bovine carcases or half carcases or quarters at the level of the slaughterhouse (2); Minimum HACCP criteria and control parameters (3); and Information on the treatment (4).
