Resolution No 179 of 2013 of Georgian Government on Rules for Taking Inventory of, Planning and Monitoring Forest

The Resolution regulates planning and monitoring of forests. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Taking inventory of forests (II); Forest management plan (III); Forest use plan (IV); Monitoring of forests (V); and Transitional provisions (VI). The Resolution provides for types of inventories of forest, and implementation plans and methods; methods for forest plans and forest use plans, as well as the procedures to consider and approve them; and rules and methods for monitoring forests.
