Resolution No. 199 of 2019 of Georgian Government on Terms for Placing on Market of Propagation Materials of Decorative Plants

This Resolution approves the terms for placing on market of propagation materials of decorative plants. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Purpose and scope of application (2); Definitions (3); Requirements imposed on propagation materials (4); Obligations of business operators (5); Placing on market and labeling of propagation materials (6); and State control (7).
