Abstract
This Resolution approve the quality rules in the customer service in the energy and water supply sectors. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Indicators for the reliability of supply (II); Standard service types (III); Inventorying information about quality service (IV); Financial mechanisms applicable to quality of service (V); and Transitional provisions (VI).
