Resolution No. 212 of 2022 of Georgian Government on State Program for Supporting Agricultural Landowners

This Resolution approves the State Program for Supporting Agricultural Landowners. It consists of eight articles: Goal and objectives of the program (1); Implementing agency of the program (2); Terms (3); Criteria for selecting potential beneficiaries of the program (4); Terms of the program and the amount of the subsidy (5); Obligation of the beneficiary (6); Issuing the subsidy (7); and Procedure of issuing the subsidy (8).
